That's an incredibly high number, especially when research shows that many often don't speak out about it. But there are lots of people who are trying to counter such violence at schools. The NGO PLAN International, is one such group. Early this year, it started a global campaign called "Learn Without Fear". It’s a project that gets together school groups from 7 different countries, including Germany. COOL met some of those students in Hamburg.
